Diet Mistakes

As many of us have heard " A balance diet, fruits and vegetables, lot of water, exercise, commitment and blah blah is the only secret to lose weight" Sure is right!! but is not as easy as it sounds. I have to admit that i am a "little bit" lazy to exercise and that i spoiled myself too much that always ended up eating whatever i wanted.
It took me long time to realize that i was fooling myself and that no matter how i was going to stop. These are the mistakes that i personally did.
  1. I always looked for the easy, "a quick fix"pills, drinks, teas etc. I am not going to say that they don't work because some of them worked for me, but they had many side effects that made me feel sick and  i always ended up gaining all the weight or even more.
  2.  A realistic goal, Setting up a realistic goal is really important when dieting. twenty pounds in a month, or ten pounds in a week used to be my weight loss goal . I never lost that much weight in that little time and because my body didn't show fast results i always gave up. 
  3. Not Changing my eating habits, It doesn't really matter how many hours i used to work out, i never lost weight because i never change my eating habits.
  4.  Rewarding Myself, After eating healthy for two days i rewarded myself with a huge fattening meal.
